Residential Treatment Services
Williams Manor & Transitions, Adult Residential Treatment
Transitions is a 14-bed Group Home serving the mental health recovery needs of adult men and women ages 18 – 54. Williams Manor is a 15-bed Group Home serving the mental health recovery needs of adult men and women ages 18 – 54. Both programs are designed to provide a structured recovery setting with staff on-site 24-hours, 7-days a week offering a wide spectrum of learning opportunities. Medication monitoring, assistance and education and monthly monitoring of vital signs and weight are provided at both sites.
Both Programs provide Living Skills groups, Social Skills groups and Rehabilitation Services. Residents develop an Activities Calendar and the appropriate utilization of community resources is encouraged. Services are offered in a home-like environment intended to foster security. The length of stay is flexible and varies to provide adequate time for the resident to attain his/her identified recovery goals and objectives, consistent with best practices for Recovery. An average length of stay is from six to thirty-six months. These homes provide an intermediate level of care fostering transition from hospital to supported independent living.
